My car was in an accident and MJ Warner were instructed by the insurance company to undertake the repairs. I cannot praise them enough. From the lady in the office (that called to make all the arrangements), to the guys that repaired my car and the two chaps that collected my car (and delivered it back home) - everything and everyone was excellent! I would definitely recommend this company and have been really impressed. Thank you so much 10/10.

Had my car repaired there through my insurance company. Great customer service; professional and friendly. Amazing communication. From booking the pick up slot up until the car was returned after repairs, I was always updated via sms of the progress. Gave my car a good clean and polish after repairs too!

I bought an approved used car from this VW dealership just over a year ago. Just taken it into my local VW dealership and it has a major water leak that is not covered by warranty and is going to cost £2,700 to repair. Warranty doesn’t cover any type of seal apparently! Be very wary when buying these approved used cars as the warranty covers a lot less than they make out.

Brilliant 5 star customer service from Daniel De Silva, he was always available to take my calls and very clear and easy to communicate with, unfortunately I had to cancel my car sale at the last minute but Daniel was great.

My wheel came off after having my tyres and brakes changed, Luckily I wasn’t going at any speed otherwise it could have had a much more terrible ending. They did of course repair all the damage but the Car still has ongoing issues.

A small friendly independently run dealership. Daniel could not be more helpful, the difference between this company and the franchised dealership is akin to going to your warm friendly cornershop instead of a soulless supermarket.
